This is Sinti beef rolls similar to Rouladen with Gravy & Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage. (video below)
RECIPE
-1 pound Beef Round Steak
-1 pound ground chuck
-teaspoon Spicy mustad
-Bacon Fat
-1/2 onion sliced
-1 apple
-4 medium size dill pickles
-3 tablespoons butter
-1 egg
-Peeled tomatoes
-Toothpicks
-3-4 cups beef stock
**My mom changed this during the video SOOOOOO……you have a choice to use the beef stock OR if you like what she did get a 1/2 bottle of dry red wine and one cup water.
Optional
If you use the wine, you can add 1 cube beef bouillon (for a beefier gravy)
Sweet & Sour Red Cabbage
-1 head of red cabbage
-apple cider vinegar
-sugar
-salt
-pepper
-1/2 onion chopped
